SHIPPING POLICY

At Baapji.com (CosmoHub), we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions related to shipping and delivery.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time may extend during peak seasons or promotional events.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery times vary based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 4-7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen delays, including weather conditions, courier issues, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹599.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹599.

  • Express Shipping: Additional charges may apply for faster delivery options, subject to availability.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout before finalizing the order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Policy
  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

  • In case of delayed delivery, please contact us at myfriend@baapji.com for assistance.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue.

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos.

  • We will work with our courier partners to resolve such issues at the earliest.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD is available for selected locations with an additional fee of ₹50.

  • COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

  • Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Baapji.com (CosmoHub), we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund as outlined in this policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must not be a final sale, personalized, or custom-made product.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at myfriend@baapji.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Product: Securely pack the item and send it to our designated return address.

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund if it meets our return conditions.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:

    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

    • If payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), a store credit will be issued instead.

  • Rejected Returns:

    • If your return does not meet our conditions, we will notify you and send the item back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are available for size or defective products.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

  • The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-printed merchandise

  • Items on final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to personal mishandling

6. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
